What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

The shipping cost is calculated by Canada Post, prices may vary regarding size and location. You can also pickup your order at any of our stores free of charges.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept Paypal and Credit cards (MarsterCard, Visa, AmericanExpress, Discover Network).

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Yes and Yes. All payments are via PayPal, the faster and safer way to send money or make an online payment. Using industry-leading technology (such as SSL) to keep your information safe, PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

What exactly happens after ordering?

You will receive an order confirmation in the email registered in your account. If you cannot find it in your inbox, please check to ensure that it has not been blocked by your email spam filter.

Do you have allergy-free chocolates available?

All of our chocolate may contain traces of peanuts, tree nuts, wheat and soy.
We have a line of chocolates that are made in a peanut free facility. This is a product that is specially formulated for Walker’s Chocolates. See Peanut Free Chocolate.

Do you offer volume discounts?

We offer the following volume discount:
$1000+ 6% discount
$2000+ 10% discount
We offer a huge variety of gluten friendly chocolates. All of our boxed chocolate assortments are gluten friendly.

Do you do custom orders?

If you can dream it we can make it. Create the perfect gift with custom moulds, custom chocolate bars or personalized packaging. Please visit our custom chocolate section to see a sample of some of our work.

Are your products made in Canada?

All of our chocolates, candies and specialty items are handmade in Burlington, Ontario Canada.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we ship within Canada only.

How can I obtain product ingredient information?

Do you offer fundraising programs?

We offer a discount chocolate program perfect for schools and charitable organizations. Please contact us regarding fundraising opportunities.

Does Walker’s franchise their locations?

All of our retail stores are family owned and operated.

Does Walker’s offer factory tours?

Yes, we offer group tours of our factory year round. Tours are run Monday to Friday and need to be booked in advance.

Do you offer sugar free and low carb options?

We have a huge selection of sugar free chocolates that are sweetened with maltitol. They are a delicious alternative to anyone on a low sugar diet.
