To request a donation, please submit the following:

A completed donation request form
A letter describing the event and the goals of your organization
The request must be received a minimum of 4 weeks in advance of the event or the confirmation deadline, whichever comes first.

You may submit requests to info@walkerschocolates.ca or fax: 905-333-2859. Due to the overwhelming number of requests received, only those organizations that are granted donations will be contacted.
